As a qualified clinical supervisor, I am able to offer supervision to students and qualified professionals, either individually or in groups. I have experience of working with both child & adolescent and adult therapist and counsellors, giving the opportunity to explore their work, incorporating creativity into our discussion to deepen understanding of the therapeutic process.
As with therapy, I believe in the importance of the relationship in clinical supervision, creating a supportive environment and giving space to think about how a therapist is managing his or her work, alongside exploring clinical material in depth. My approach to supervision is integrative, drawing on humanistic and psychodynamic theories to understand the therapeutic work.

Diana is an excellent supervisor, thoughtful and slightly challenging whilst maintaining a non- judgemental stance. I always come away from supervision with her feeling I have new insights that add fresh angles to my work with the children I discuss with her’
"Diana allowed me the space to explore my thoughts and concerns, valuing and validating my experiences. Through this, she enabled me to consider alternative ways of thinking about my therapeutic work. This ultimately led to improved sessions with the children and young people, and thus further developed my skills and confidence.
I also thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Diana, feeling held at difficult moments, and valued and celebrated in my strengths."
